I have a 2000 Subaru Outback Sedan, just moved and looking for a new mechanic I can trust. Found these two problems and was quoted ~$225 and ~$625 to fix these problems including parts and labor at a dealership. Just wondering if anyone knows how accurate these estimates are or if these are do-it-yourself type problems.

Thank you
