2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport 2.0L Turbo Petrol

Hi all,
I used to own a 2009 Subie Liberty Wagon 2.5i for 3 yr with relatively problem-free motoring ( apart from normal wear and tears) for about 80000km.

We are currently looking at going back to a 2018 Outback 2.5i, is there anything we should be aware of? I have read some reviews but will appreciate feedback from current 5Gen owners.

( as u can see from my profile we have a 2016 land rover disco sport turbo petrol but the reliability is shocking in the first yr of ownership, car was towed back to dealer 3-4 time in 12 months as it would not engage in D gear in the middle of the road ( imagine your car losing power at the middle of the freeway with baby in car) !! problem was fixed in 2017 after a faulty alternator was replaced under warranty. would not want to go back to LR at this stage)

Thank you!!
