I would like to know if anyone else has noticed that the radio reception seems to degrade when the rear defroster is turned on?

I have noticed that if I have my rear defroster on, that the radio reception is noticeably worst. I have tested this by when it happens I turn the defroster off and the reception improves.

How does radio reception degrade? Noise, static, loss of signal, low volume, etc?

If it's static of some sort, it could be a break in the defogger lines on the rear window. TSB 15-126-07 (attached) was issued some time ago, but still applies in this case.
