rear coilover lower bolt

Where can I find a replacement lower mounting bolt for rear coil over for 2002 outback. parts store does not carry and cannot order, Local Subaru dealership does not have any. Went online and could not find any even through the various online Subaru dealership websites. Even the larger online parts suppliers did not list in their inventory. Found bolts for upper control arm last year through an online Subaru dealership but can't find the name or record of the order. Will I have to go to local junk yard ? and would I have to remove the bolt if I went there? If so then it would be an SOB all overagain o get the bolt out which is why I need the replace in the first place.
