I have a 2013 Outback 2.5i, about 500kms on it so far. This may not be a problem, but its not something I remember any of my other cars doing. In the mornings when I drive to work, I notice that it revs to high while moving at around 60km/h (roughly 40mph). It will be revving at 2K. Really feels like it needs shift up a gear to get that smooth ride. Other times, it would normally be revving above 1K when cruising, and thats a nice smooth ride.
This just because its cold that its revving higher?
