I've noticed what looks like tiny rust specks on my 2010 Pearl White OB. Any suggestions for a good remover or has anyone else had that problem?

Sounds like either brake dust or 'industrial fallout' - airborne metal shavings that embed in the paint and then start oxidizing. AFAIK the quick DIY solution is to use a clay bar on the paint: wash, use clay on the whole surface, rubbing in the same direction as air passes over each part, then finish up with at least a wax if not more. The article below has a good set of pictures and instructions.
