I'm curious if anyone knows if Firestone Wilderness tires, yep, the same style on the illfated Fords, were ever standard on the Outback. I've got a used '01 with these tires and I'm trying determine if they came stock or were added by a previous owner.

Yes, those tires were standard equipment on every 2000 & 2001 Outback. Although those weren't the light truck series tires that all those Fords were shredding ;)

and there IS also the fact that Sub owners frequently know what a tire gauge is and don't think their car "rides real good" when the tires are 50% underinflated.....
