Having difficulty starting my 95 in the morning. It is like turn the key & nothing happens. Jiggle the key around, try to push it in more, sort of hit the column & it starts. After the car has been drivin around it will start back up w/ no problem.

It has been in the teens & 20's in the morning - so don't know if that is part of it. Also just had the timing belt replaced last month - and it didn't have this problem before that work was done.

My guess is either the ignition switch or the neutral/park safety switch. Next time it happens, try moving the shifter back and forth and see what happens.
