We picked up our white 2013 3.6R Ltd with eyesight, pop pkg 3, body side moldings, and the 110v outlet on Saturday, Sept 8. We ordered the car from their Internet sales rep, David Spinney, on Aug 7. We got exactly the car we wanted and their customer service was fantastic. He sold us the car at invoice cost plus their $489 dealer fee. Yeah, I know about the dealer fees, but with only one other dealership in our area complete with the same owner, our choices were limited.

Regardless, we are very pleased with the deal, and we are loving our new Outback. :29:

So in January, we were looking for a 2016 Premium Legacy (alas, another Outback was just a little over budget this time) without a bunch of added options. We were striking out with local dealers, who are pretty much the small place that has five Forresters, one Impreza and maybe a Crosstrek at any time and the place that adds $3K to MSRP for every vehicle for paint protection and 'market price adjustment'.

So time to look at inventory over a wider range and Subaru of Jacksonville had a Legacy in stock meeting out specs. Husband called them up on a Friday afternoon and negotiated a fair out the door price ($25.1K including sales tax and however they want to phrase the 'document prep' whatever; we brought out own license place from the vehicle we were replacing). The next day, drove the 300 miles to JAX, did a test drive of the car we wanted, and final price was $100 less than price agreed to the day before.

We brought our own financing, and it was as painless as a car buying process could go, other than the 600 miles of driving that day.

Just bought a 2017 Outback Limited from them. Kim was terrific and we love the car. Drive up from Orlando and got a much better deal then any dealers around Orlando would do. Best buying experience ever!
