Hey everyone, I'm new to working on cars and I've got an 08 Outback Sport that needs new struts on the front. I've heard that a stock 2009+ Forester struts and springs will fit. If that's the case then my questions are
a) has anyone done it?
b) what all will i need to buy to make sure it doesn't screw up my ride?
c) is it worth it? should i just replace my stock struts and be lame?

I've wanted to take this baby offroad but im nervous about destroying my ride.
Help

depends on do you wanna lift it or just leave stock. if lift then you need lift all 4. then again can be done cheaper ways and more expencive ways with all 4 struts
for offroading you need to lift it first i think because it sits low as it is. and just some basic metal skid plate in front. better tires would be nice too. really tires would make best difference in any kind of offroading. i would go tires and lift.
