I wonder if there is any fine print in the insurance policy regarding claims resulting from suicide attempts?

Apparently this has been going on for awhile. I have a friend who lives out there and knows someone who works for the county. He said the insurance didn't want to cover it and cover the cost of the removal of the car. They tried pawning it off on the county and they said it wasn't their responsibility. I believe it says in the article that the car car now belongs to the insurance company.

If she was suicidal she shouldn't have used such a safe car. The Outback will protect its passengers even when they don't want to be protected.

I grew up not far from there, and spent many hours with my grandfather who was an avid fly fisherman. He loved the Rogue. It can be a treacherous river at times, and somewhat docile at others.
