My 2012 Outback has a noticeable lean to the left. Measuring the wheel arch height, I find a difference of 1/4" to 5/8" from the left side (lower) and the right side, front and back. Other measurements from specific points on the rear of the vehicle to the ground confirm the difference in the left to right side. After a week at the dealer I'm told that it's within specification. The specification that they reference is for wheel arch height, and it states that it can be + 12mm (.47") to - 24mm (.94"), from a specific number. Nothing pertaining to the left or right side of the vehicle difference.

Has anyone else been down this road? If so, did you win or lose? Details would be appreciated.
