2014 Outback, less than 100K miles. Suddenly it's leaking water. Wait for it, from the overhead console button for the map light. I've no idea how to get in there -meaning dismantling that part of the liner and various electronics.I'm thinking it might be clogged drains for the sunroof. In addition the floor of the rear right passenger side is soaking wet. I'm wary as a rule of dealers, and if I can figure this out without a visit to their fine establishment, I'll be very happy.
I've read other accounts here of clogged drains, so I'm inclined to go that way. Any thoughts?

easy to test - open the sunroof and start pouring water in the tray there... see if it drains or doesn't drain.

I'd start with locating the drain outlets and cleaning those - they can easily get caked up with silt (dirt, dust, pollen, whatever carried by the water there).
