I got the 2.5i Premium 6MT because it was the last new Outback I could get with MT (bought in March 2014). When I found out the 2015 wouldn't be available in MT, I traded my perfectly fine 09 Forester for one. I knew I wanted an Outback eventually, but knew I'm not ready for CVT just yet. Plus the dealership had a great offer on 14s with the 15s on their way.

Should last me +200k and I've been loving every mile so far.

Same here. I waited until they anounced the 2015 features and bought the 2014 2.5i Premium 6MT. The 6MT was worth it!

I was given a 2015 2.5i Premium for a couple days while the dealer replaced my short block. I didn't care for the ride.

I got one of the last 2.5i manuals. It's halfway upgraded to premium: factory fogs, tweeter kit, tint and leather shift knob. The only thing I truly miss is the leather wheel which I'm working on. Will find some Subaru alloys on Craigs when I need a new set of tires.

Just acquired a 2013 3.6R Limited w/ SAP. Only 12600 miles...

Loving the saddle brown leather. Everyone here calls it the "King Ranch" edition.

Texas...that makes sense on the King Ranch. Of course that is slang...for an over-comfortable, overpriced... million dollar F-250.

My Ex-Wife bought a 2010...Premium CVT... She was supposed to buy a very cherry 2009 XT with like 8K miles on it. But she was lured by the "cheap" in her. CVT mileage...vs the XT, and it needs premium fuel also. Well the operative word...now is "Ex"...and I got my XT to play with instead.

Never understood the alure myself. It makes no more sense to me than people who buy Gucci or Louis Vuitton crap.

I do however like the Texas reference and may have to get the emblem stitched on my Subi cap for grins...
