Where can I find like a new floor carpet, headliner, OEM shifter knob and boot, and rear trunk/wagon "walls" sides or whatever you call them.

New? From Subaru.

Plenty of good used stuff out there. Carpet cleans up nicely with a hot water pressure washer. Headliners can be recovered (although I can't say I'd reccomend it).

They're not exactly offering restoration hardware for 13 year old Subarus yet.

Ford got their parts from a salvage yard, just like all body shops. They charge the insurance for new parts, install used from salvage and the difference is profit margin.

You could use subaruparts.com, but larger items may get expensive to ship and depending on the availability of what your ordering it may take 1-2 weeks.
