When you've got broken parts.
Seems like there's got to be more wrong with that car.

that's nuts...but really funny! so you keep pumping the brakes to make it do that, fantastic!

someone please post the craigslist add next year for this car.

I think the CL ad for this got taken down. I searched all over Texas and can't find it.
The lady drives rally, and bought it to turn it into a rally car, so its not really that bad a situation for her. I like how obvious the rear wheels are cambered and how high the rear sits. I don't think it takes much in the way of harmonics to make it bounce, as you may notice in the last part of the video. My bets are the previous owner hooned a bit and found a creative way to break the rear struts.

To make the car do that, the brakes need to be applied at the resonant frequency of the fore/aft body pitch. The frequency is very low, but it's a great example of resonant frequency being relevant at low frequencies.
