I'll second the recommendation for KYB - just put a set of them on our van (16 odyssey) - if you want to save yourself some hassle, quick struts/strut assemblies simplify things (particularly since at over 20 years and 190k miles, you ought to replace more than just the struts themselves. Looking on RockAuto, they have Monroe for a bit over $80 a corner for the front and $70 for the rears, then you can avoid the spring compressor altogether.
I haven't seen the one you linked to before - seems a bit large (from a storage perspective) for an infrequently used tool... I have used the old "widow maker" hook type ones (with the acme threaded rod in the middle) - for my 12 Legacy when I put on Koni's, I found the low coil count for the fronts made that hard - ended up going with these (the box looks a little different now - I got them in 2019) - there look to be a gazillion knockoffs on Amazon for about the same cost, too. One thing to make sure - lubricate the internal threaded rod well, and do not use impact tools on them. (I used them to take apart the old struts from our van for recycling - they work really, really well)
