I see what appears to be graphics corruption so yeah I'd take it to the dealership. My 2020 Outback with the large screen has never glitched in that manner.

 

Agree with @SilverOnyx, that screen looks FUBAR.

 

Just for grins maybe disconnect the battery for a few minutes?

I had a issue with the head unit after wiping it clean. I have to turn off reclean and turn on. Like one piece of dirt on the screen keeped the touch active and keeped glitching. Strange, but a issue num the less.

 

The issue in the picture is talking about multiple devices of the same kind being connected at once You may try deleting all of connected devices and reinstalling them I know Android Auto is a big issue with the head units I don't think Subaru did the head units I think they outsourced it because the cars are great head unit sucks TomTom is horrible navigation.
