Rear Wiper Blade Recommendations

In the US and if the car is still under warranty - the first set of replacement wipers are compliments of Subaru! Maybe same in Canada?
In current generation United States Subies through at least 2022 (inclusive), ALL wiper blade replacements (not just the first set) are under warranty during the 3/36 Bumper to Bumper warranty, as long as they've only been changed under warranty on previous changes.

Some dealers like telling owners that only the first set is covered, but that's not the case. Warranty reimbursement requires them to document the wiper blade failure and submit with the warranty claim, which takes them more time than swapping the blades, so, they don't like doing it.

Nonetheless, it's clearly spelled out with no limitations on quantity, both in your printed Warranty & Maintenance Booklet, and online (see green highlighted section below).

Another little known fact (red highlighted section) is that if your Subie needs "adjustments" such as a wheel alignment, one is covered during the Bumper to Bumper warranty (note, it must be needed - they don't just do it for free because you want one).

I want to get this thread back on track. In summary: Wiper blades ARE covered by the Subaru USA Warranty, but NOT by the Subaru Canada warranty.

Moving on...

After going through this thread, the only 3rd party blade I’ve seen mentioned for a Gen 6 Outback is the Trico which appears to have similar performance to the Subaru one but costs less.

Does anyone else have any recommendations?
YOU are awesome, thanks!!!

I do like the Aero design, but haven't tried them. I got the ScrubBlades, with promises of compatibility - not even remotely compatible.
