@subaruonlineparts your website is confusing on this matter. 23780AA10A shows as being Description: Legacy, Outback. With turbo. Crosstrek. 2.5l. while 23780AA21A shows as being Description: Legacy, Outback. Without turbo. 2.4L turbo. Ascent. Make that make sense, please. ...10A is for those vehicles WITH TURBO, wouldn't that be a 2.4, and does the Crosstrek HAVE a turbo motor available? ...21A shows without Turbo but lists the 2.4 motor and the Ascent, but the 2.4 in the Outback and Ascent have a turbo.

 

That's what happened to me. Both belts show as "correct" for my car on their site. Looking at the drawings of the two, it's clear to me now (I think) that the 21A is correct. The 10A was what showed up when I searched initially, I didn't think to check for anything else.

Just went through this exact situation. While ordering a belt for my Forester, I thought, just get one for your outback too. Went by the site’s suggestion and then found this thread after placing the order. Sent an inquiry email right away, and the next morning Benny was on it to fix it before shipping took place. People here really do make this a great forum!!
