I broke my drivers side rear view mirror bracket on our 2017 Outback. I'm trying to figure out what part I need from the parts diagrams online. To me it looks like it is the black plastic piece that swivels. Do I have to buy the entire mirror assembly?
The broken piece frames the front side of the mirror and attaches to the post the mounts to the car's body. I don't have heated mirrors, just the electronic adjust with the lane warning for cars in the next lane. Seems odd that I would have to buy everything but the mirror itself and the two back-side covers.

- The back-side lower black plastic panel is fine.
- The back-side upper painted (matches car's color) piece is fine.
- The mirror itself is fine, along with the electronic lane warning for cars beside you.
- The electronic blinker assembly is fine.
