I would think that any old school hardware store carries number of crush washers that you could use... jut measure the diameter... skip the Lowes on HomeDepts of this world and go to a pappa/momma (or whatchumacallit) store that had been around for some time. We have one here and you find stuff there that you don't find at giant chains mentioned above...LOL... and, if they don't have it, they can always get it!

 

Napa does, but, a bit more expensive that the OEM one that you can get at the dealer. Here it is,

I'm all over that if that's really the case! That's what my dealer charges for one of those stupid things.
