Anyone recommend how to clean the top of the dash - which has a soft rubbery textured feel to it? Just dust accumulation and such - but not an easy wipe.

My god I can never get the inside of the windshield clean anymore - always streaks when the sun hits it right, no matter what I do. I used to be able to do this - not sure why its so hard these days.
