Apparently this does not apply to "Maintenance" parts......At least it did not work for me.

Yes Subaru bucks are accepted through both our Accessory portion of our store and the Repair parts portion.

To use Subaru bucks through our accessory store please place your order using the COD/MO option upon checkout. A personal check may be sent along with your Subaru bucks to supplement any additional balance.

Thanks for the promo code, but your #$@&!! site keeps dumping my cart. Seriously, it is cheaper to pay for shipping than to keep re-creating my order. I'm not sure if I am willing to re-enter that list a third time. (You might want to ask your web guys about extending the cart sessions or better yet storing the cart data in a cookie so it can span multiple sessions.)

While I am on my soap box I have another beef. The in-cart item descriptions are beyond terrible, and you can't click on them to take you back to the item detail. This nearly drove me to another vendor already, but the free shipping kept me around.

 

We agree with the lacking descriptions but this limited information comes from Subaru and it is nearly impossible for us to add detail to the thousands of part numbers subaru has.

In regards to the dumping of the cart are you using safari? At the bottom of the "oops your cart is empty" are instructions on how to temporarily fix this but a safari update is out there.

If you are not using safari please let me know as maybe I can diagnose the issue

My question is can I get a rebate/credit on the $20.19 I paid for shipping? I somehow forgot about the free shipping offer and didn't enter the code.
