Someone should make this a sticky so it's not asked over and over again.
1) Reboot
Press and hold the mute/vol knob for 10+ seconds. Release when the button lights go out or you see the starlink logo
2) Factory or Diagnostic Settings
Press and hold the Home button. Press the Tune knob twice rapidly while holding the Home button. Release the home button.
3) Dealer Settings
Press and hold the Home button. Press the Tune knob 6x rapidly while holding the Home button. Release the home button. By rapid, I mean rapid or you will find yourself in the Factory settings (2) above.
To exit either of these modes perform a reboot as described in (1) above.
