I was installing our EZPass today and for the first time noticed the wiring for the Homelink mirror (w/Eyesight but no moonroof) looks unfinished - photo attached. Before I come up with my own solution to handle the exposed wires, could a few folks with the Homelink mirror option see if their wiring is just as exposed as in the attached photo. I understand this was a "port installed" option, I just want to make sure it was not supposed to be handled in a more professional looking manner that I can have the dealer correct before I undertake to modify it myself. Thanks for the information. That looks similar to what I was planning to do so you've confirmed I am not missing a "real" part and saved me a trip to the local dealer.
Yours appears to be OK according to step #15 in the installation pdf:

That's pretty typical wiring for the back of mirrors. I've seen similar photo's dealing with instructions for hard wiring GPS's or Dash Cams to the wiring in the back of the mirror.
