How to Permanently Disable the Start/Stop Feature?

I think I have read that SS is disabled when towing if the brake harness is connected? If so, if you can create a 'load' for the trailer harness to simulate trailer brakes...that may work.
I have also read it may be a bad idea if the car is designed to alter shift points or handling/braking parameters when a trailer is 'detected'.

A couple of days ago it was 115 in the shade with a low of 91. This year we have had to date over 50 days were the high temperature in the shade was 110 or better. We think its cool when the day time temp is 90 or below. And you want to turn off the AC at every light in the 6th largest city. Children and dogs die in cars around here every year in hot cars in less than 15 minutes and you want to save the planet by stopping the engine at every light, sound like an excuse to run the light to me.
Is your first name Karen?
