The USA models do have such a child restraint system on the rear outer seats, although in the states it was not yet referred to by this international standard. I see your signature panel indicates you are in Norway, so the Gen 3 models you would be purchasing would be built in Japan, not the USA. To be certain of how the Japanese models were built, @scalman has a Gen 3 in Lithuania; perhaps he can answer this better for you.

Yes they have. But you need to look what model you buy because here we can buy jap and us models over here so you can too.

 

My Norwegian Outback has Isofix on the rear, outboard seats.
