Curious….. are you pressing one of the two buttons on either side of the middle panel (with I/set lettering)?

Normally scroll9ng thought the display would bring up the set / menu option, and it’s not getting to that. The “I” that is displayed there means there is an informational alert, which is the low washer fluid. It might not be showing the prompt to get into the settings because that information prompt is there…. Maybe fill up the reservoir to clear the alert and then see if it shows up?

Correct however the issue with that is the sensor in the washer fluid is bad. There is a service bulletin about it and the only fix is to replace the entire bottle. I might just jump the wire to bypass it. If that's the issue (washer fluid bottle)

 

Could also be a bad multifunction display in the instrument cluster… but I’d try getting the error alert to go away and see if that’s it.

Oh. My. Gosh. Thank you. I looked right over that in the manual.

I went and unplugged the washer fluid sensor and boom I was able to bring the settings right up!
