I've started a spreadsheet to track pricing on 2025 Outback and the Gold Warranty costs. Enter what you paid for your 2025 Outback in this link: 2025 Outback Price Paid

Yes, thank you for making this spread sheet. I am buying an Outback in April and will be reaching out to Grand Subaru as I don't think my local dealers will come close to those numbers. I'm in upstate NY and willing to travel to pick up the car.

If anyone has a preferred contact, there let me know - sometimes you can get a referral check by sending me to the same dealership.

Thanks again!

I used Andrew Galvin at Grand Subaru while my younger brother used Santiago (Santi) Valdez who was off the day I inquired and bought my 2025 Outback Touring XT...I think you will do fine with whomever you get...good luck...I know Grand has had some of the best pricing nationwide since at least 2014...

Really appreciate this thread and the Google sheet. I had the unique experience of buying 2 outbacks for family in Dec and January and entered the info into the sheet. Prices went back up $1,000 in January after Subary year-end bonuses expired, or were otherwise met by dealers, based on shopping several dealers again and the usual back and forth. IMO, wait until the end of March for Subaru and dealers' quarter-end if you can to see if the extra bonuses kick back in by then. By then, the 2026 Gen 6 announcement will hopefully be out as well. Always a tricky game buying the last generation though... Oddly, prices can go up as the popular old units begin to thin out since the new one will be thousands more and supply of the "old faithful" will be low. Particularly the more desirable higher trim levels.

I just added mine to your spreadsheet. 2025 Wilderness with Std Option Pkg 21. Not a Grand Subaru deal, but I didn't want to do the 700 mile round trip to get one from them. Although, it would have been a better deal.

Nonetheless, I'm happy with what I got. MSRP $43,177 My final price $38,800 $38,550 Not a bad deal, and it's local so no road trip.

I was able to get them to bump up my trade in price as well (2022 Outback Premium.) All in all I'm geeked to get the TURBO and everything the Wilderness has. I pick it up tomorrow.

Woo Hoo! :p

GAP insurance, wasn’t gonna get it, but the wife insisted….not happy I capitulated. We had a 20% payment, but according to Subaru’s Chase calculator we were not within there range….so the dealer made some money off of us….$600. Honestly, I don’t completely understand wtf the finance person was going on about, but it didn’t seem right ….maybe it’s because we have never had to have gap insurance before.
