battery drained and can't get car into nuetral gear. Any suggestions on how to get car out of park? Please advise...

Yes there is a little access hole at the top right of the gear shifter, that if you pry out and stick a screwdriver down in there, should let you get out of park. Another option is hook up some jumper cables, put the key to run, then shift, then you can unhook the cables.
