How do I remove the interior trim under steering wheel?

I'm trying to hardwire a dash cam (or two or three) and can't easily get to the bolt in the interior fuse area. If I could remove that trim piece I could plug in my add-a-fuse and attach my negative ground to the bolt(s). Anyone have any idea how to easily remove (and then replace) the piece directly under the steering wheel (it also has all the switches in it).
TIA

The panel clips come out with a strong pull, but there is also a screw on the left side, underneath a small trim panel that you'll need to remove. It's the small one that's flush against the driver's door when the door is shut.

Trim removal tools are ideal, a butter knife works too. Start with the bottom corner and work it out from there. You need to be pretty aggressive with it to get it out. Once that's removed, you'll see the screw I'm talking about.
