That's cool. Boxxerace has a photo of an OBW with tracks on it. Is that the real deal or a manipulation? Anyone know? Looks like it could be real to me--shadows where they ought to be, steering angle, etc.--good PS if not. Are these snow tracks available for later model (2000 and newer) Outbacks and are their any clearance issues since chains are not officially supported by Subaru? If that photo is real, someone obviously made it work on a 2007 or 2008. I saw an article about these for trucks many years ago--if they are the same or similar, using them is just like changing tires as I understand.

I would think so.... :cool: And the answer is? That car appears to be white and yours is gold so what's the story? That Outback looks wicked with the tracks on it. Obviously not something anyone would run every day, unless, say they lived at the top of Mount Washington but very cool and could come in handy in certain situations.
